BICA Gallery, founded in 2008 by Colleen Dougherty and Andrew Wachs, and owned since early 2010 by Holly Friedli, focuses on the representation of contemporary artists, both mid-career and established while concurrently introducing emerging local and regional artists. BICA offers a wide range of unique and dynamic original artwork from small format painting to large scale sculpture. Our objective is to encourage the general public to get more interested in the arts by presenting artwork in a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that is non-exclusive and continually evolving. The gallery is located on Bend’s Westside in the NorthWest Crossing neighborhood’s commercial district.
